E-WARRANTY
Conditions of Warranty
Validity: All our products are a warrant for 12 calendar months from the date of delivery and the warranty is limited to defects in workmanship and technical conditions of the equipment.
Excluded: The warranty does not extend to consumable parts such as accessories, filters, packaging, line cord or wiring.
Coverage: Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, under our option with no charge for parts and labour.
Assurance: The products had been manufactured to the highest quality standards and is a warrant to the original purchaser or recipient only. This warranty is non-transferable.
The warranty is not valid if damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, misadjustment of customer controls, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, acts of god, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories.
